The MD-10 is the first licensed Dolby digital Virtual Surround Processing engine on the market. The MD-10 using only 2 loudspeakers reproduces an exhilarating 5.1 Theater experience.


Featuring the most advanced Zoran ZR 38650 Digital Audio Processor with 50 MIPS processing power. The MD-10 decodes data from your DVD player and applies world-class spatial hearing algorithms designed to bring Home Theater performance to your 2 channel sound system.



To connect your MD-10, simply attach your DVD players digital output to one of the available 3 digital inputs on the MD-10 then connect the analogue outputs to any free input on your preamp, receiver or integrated amp.

The MD-10 uses a powerful multi-stage process, decoding the BITSTREAM digital signal into a virtual 5.1 signal relayed through 2 speakers, delivering realistic rear channel sound effects on Movie and Multi channel concert recordings with extremely coherent center channel voicing.

Zoran 38650 Processing Engine
 
  • This processing engine utilizes high speed processing (50 MIPS) with a high resolution 24-bit DSP. The DSP (Digital Signal Processor) samples at 32K, 44.1K, 48K and 96K.

  • With this processing power the MD-10 can deliver seamless rear channel effects with optimal clarity from only two loudspeakers.
Multiple digital inputs
 
  • 3 Digital inputs are provided. 1 Toslink (Fiber Optic) and 2 RCA 75 ohm connectors

  • offering 3 inputs insures maximum flexibility in interfacing with all DVD players
Gold plated input and output connections
 
  • Minimizing signal losses, which increases the nuances in playback performance.
Detachable EIA Power Chord
 
  • provides flexibility in choosing an aftermarket AC Chord

  • in the signal path, only Ultra linear capacitors are utilized insuring maximum playback performance
